Chili and Cinnamon Rolls has been a staple in Nebraska culture since the 1960’s, if not earlier. We’ve heard of others serving cornbread with chili, which sounds like a solid choice, we’ve even heard of other states favoring PB&J with their Chili. We remain partial to the cinnamon roll as our Chili side dish. We are fortunate to be friends with a lady who bakes a MEAN cinnamon roll. Stacy Lynn of "Stacy Lynn’s Baking Company” knows how to make a pan of cinnamon rolls. In addition to producing premium beef, we have become adept at shipping frozen goods over the past decade, and we ship Stacy Lynn’s cinnamon rolls from our frozen distribution center…so we thought, why not try and perpetuate one of the greatest culinary treats our state has to offer: Chili and Cinnamon Rolls!!
