Ever bought a quarter of beef? If you have, you know it’s a whole lot of ground beef & roasts and a few steaks…and the steak selection is limited at best. We know that as well as anyone, so we built a better quarter. While our “Perfect Quarter" differs a bit from what many are used to, we believe it’s a much better balance of the things that people want and not so much burger that it’s intimidating… And, if you buy our “Perfect Quarter” and want to add more ground beef, that’s no problem at all, just give us a call.
Our “Perfect Quarter” comes in at approx. 80 lbs and consists of roughly 1/4 of the total number of the most popular steak cuts from each head of beef along with other tried and true favorites that include; Chuck Roast, Brisket, Tri-Tip, and Chuck Steaks.
