We really enjoy smoking these brisket flats. I enjoy the whole briskets, but when I don't have as much time I prefer using these flats. I have not had to trim one by hand - they're read to go out of the package. I season it up and get it in the smoker and it's fantastic.

The quality of beef is better than what I can get or order from my local stores that carry briskets or can order you a few. We eat every square inch of these briskets and make great meals for those eating paleo-keto. I have never had a single issue with briskets from Nebraska Star Beef and will continue buying my briskets from them! I was quite surprised at the size of the brisket when it arrived - that's a lot of meat! I covered it in mustard and Nebraska Star Beef's seasoning and smoked it with apple wood for about 10 hours and it was FANTASTIC. 🙂
