Last year my family moved from Maine to Colorado. All of our lives, growing up in the northeast, steak tips were a food staple in every grocery store. We use this cut of steak for just about everything - steak tip steak and cheese sandwiches, steak fajitas, steak quesadillas, beef tips & gravy and just plain old grilled with salt, pepper & oil.
