Nebraska Star Beef Signature® Seasoning was developed in house as the ultimate steak seasoning. We worked with a local spice company to bring together the perfect blend of spices with our own secret ingredient that gives it a little something special. The seasoning is designed to unlock that natural flavor of the beef and accentuate the flavor as opposed to covering it up. We use a combination of coarse and finely ground spices that are designed to work together to deliver the ultimate steak experience. It's also great on pork, chicken and eggs. We have also found that it makes a great Bloody Mary seasoning.

I was looking for a good stocking stuffer and decided to give lucky brand a try. Mainly because of the legendary quality of their beef. Add to that all the stuff they leave out of their jerky. So what you end up with is the best jerky you can get. So what began as a whim has turned into a tradition, not only as a stocking stuffer but anytime I want to do something special for someone.
And it’s the only jerky I eat. Other brands don’t even come close.
I got some of this seasoning when I lived in NE. One of my favorite steak seasonings ever.

It brings out the flavor of beef or pork without over powering and compliments side dishes as well.
