   Great quality and flavor!

   Just ok

   I wanted to wait until I had a decent amount of experience with the purchase. The Prestige meat is ok, but there is way too much connective tissue and hard bits to be considered Prestige. I was willing to pay the premium because the whole reason I was looking for a new supplier for ground meat was that the meat I was getting before from Costco (grass fed) had seemed to drop in quality. I am willing to pay a premium price for that too, but it is pretty disappointing that we are not much better than what I was getting at a store and the cost was significantly higher.
