Small Batch (10) 14oz Ribeyes. I received my order on time as promised. The steaks arrived solidly frozen with ample dry ice remaining. Marbleing on the meat is amazing! The secret to cooking a great steak is starting out with a near perfect cut of beef. All ten of these exceeded my expetatoions.

Steak and ground beef package We ordered the steak and ground beef package for my son. It was a Christmas gift. Nebraska beef was recommended by my brother in law. He was well satisfied with quality of the beef. Although I do not know, it was a gift but Nebraska beef company has been an excellent company to do business with. Great Shipping Experience I didn't want to follow the fadding crowd and buy more expensive grass-fed beef. I want mine well marbled and tender. No, i don't feel bad for the cows in the feedyard. My big box arrived in 4 days! It was a few hours later than the estimated delivery window, but they did place it where I'd requested. The outer carton was intact and I was pleased to find a well-sealed Styrofoam cooler holding the beef. All the individual vacuum sealed packages were still solidly frozen! I can't wait to try some recipes this weekend. It's still sunny here in NM so I'll be grilling. Thanks, Nebraska Star!
