They are great cooked slow on your grill or in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. A quick, easy affordable dinner that you can serve to the most discriminating guests and still impress. NEVER THAW IN A MICROWAVE - this can damage the product. ALWAYS thaw frozen beef in the refrigerator or in a pan of cold water. DO NOT remove cryovac packaging until product is thawed completely.

Steak 🥩 tasted very good could have been a little more tender but I expected that . Just can’t afford ribeyes. Merry Christmas
I think there ground beef is really good. The sirloin is good also. I’ll never buy my hamburger any where else.
