Steakhouse blend was also VERY successful from our first excursion into Small Batch beef. Just like the name implies, this trim is from all of the middle meat cuts, and as one might imagine, it is tender, delicious and rich. Like all our premium burger blends, it is around 73% lean as fat = flavor. We have packaged it in individual 1lb cryovac packages that are packed in 10lb boxes for your convenience.
