Nebraska Star Beef Savory Sampler DIY kit allows you to try 4 different flavors of jerky. Like all of our kits, it is pre portioned into packets designed to make 4-5lb batches. The Savory Sampler includes Teriyaki, Sweet & Spicy, Original and BBQ so you can experiment with the different flavors or create your own custom blend. Making your own jerky has never been easier!!
The Spicy Sampler DIY kit is the best way to see the spicier side of Nebraska Star Beef. It features our spicy seasoning blends: “The Heat”, Peppered, Red Pepper and Sweet & Spicy. Like all of our DIY Kits, it is pre portioned to make 4-5lb batches of jerky. Simply blend one packet of seasoning and one packet of cure in a cup of cold water and add to the 5lb meat block of your choice, mix, marinate, cook and enjoy!!
