We package our short ribs in 2lb heavy duty “bone guard” bags so they can be stored in the freezer until you’re ready to fire up the grill. They’re also fantastic in the Insta-Pot or Crock-Pot as well; just add your favorite BBQ sauce and cook until they’re “fork tender”.

excellent short ribs , best ever purchased and was delivered as promised . I Recommend anybody to purchase these you will not regret it
I love your steaks and ground beef. I found the short ribs to be full of fat little meat and tasted “off”. I tried cooking bar b qued and another pack in the oven seasoned and braised. I bought like 8 pkgs 2lbs and they will be used however. Just disappointing as the neat is usually awesome and service outstandingly
