Knuckle Bones (2-3lbs)

These bones are the primary leg joints from beef cattle. They are extremely rich in collagen with most meat trimmed from them. They are tailor made for cooking bone broth, but they are also great for making soups and stews. Each package contains one knuckle joint, exact size and weight may vary a bit.

Knuckle Bones are the PERFECT base for bone broth. Simply salt and boil until all of the connective tissue and collagen has melted away. Can in mason jars while it’s hot, allow to cool and keep in the refrigerator for up to a couple weeks.
