A Hot Dog for Grown Ups and brats like you've never tasted, this bundle delivers!  Typically sausages are made from inexpensive meat, often a blend of different types of inexpensive meat.  We leveled these products up by making them from premium ground beef and seasoning that is tailored specifically for beef.  While this is a different spin on these time honored classics, we have maintained the integrity of the products that people have come to love.  Some bratwurst (and hot dog) purists may not agree with the all beef approach, we genuinely believe that we have created something special with these products.  One difference to note is that they are best when cooked to 155-160F internal temperature, which would be on the low side for a traditonal mixed meat fresh bratwurst, but the all beef brat is truly best enjoyed at this slightly lower internal temperature.  Our hot dogs are a cooked product, and we recommend the same 155-160F internal finish temp for them as well.

This premium bundle of hot dogs and brats is made from 100% 80/20 ground beef and our special blend of seasonings in small batches in a local USDA Inspected facility, these products are proper, gourmet, grown-up food...but our kids love them too.  All are packed 4 per approx 1lb package and sealed in heavy cryo-vac film for safe freezing and easy thawing.  They can be stored frozen for up to 1 year.  They are more expensive than cheap grocery store hot dogs and brats but as the old saying goes; you get what you pay for, and these brats and dogs are no exception.
