Very Tasty Bottom Sirloin/Boston Strip Steaks! We Love Them

On a whim we tried this smaller sized Bottom Sirloin/Boston Strip steaks as an addition to an occasional special breakfast and when we wanted something lighter for our evening meal and they are delicious! A very nice beefy flavor and just the right size for when you want a steak, but don't want to over indulge in a larger steak. Quick to prepare when you're pressed for time and they turned out excellent as a compliment when having larger salads or other additions to your meal. We love them so much that we keep ordering them with every purchase when they're available. We actually fix these in our air fryer and they turn out excellent and we make sure not to over cook them past medium rare and they turn out perfect every time. If you want something hearty, but not too much of a good thing we recommend these for lighter meals and as a great compliment as a meaty compliment to hot breakfast meals.

Best unknown steak cut I ever had

Had to try this steak, never heard of a Boston strip before, made for breakfast, cooked in pan with butter' and it was so tender with rich
