The “Chuck Roast” is an iconic cut of beef. We’ve offered a 2lb chuck roast in our line for a number of years. It’s a nice sized roast for the “average” family of 4…or 2, with some leftovers. The 5lb chuck roast is the right size for getting people together. The extra size also opens up some cooking opportunities, in our opinion. Larger cuts like this are fantastic on the grill. Whether it’s a standard “low & slow” or turning it into burnt ends the 5lb chuck roast comes standard with lots of options.
