We made a very small and very special addition to the 40oz Tomahawk Ribeye steaks. We held back one rib roll and dry aged it for 52 days. The steaks were then cut and trimmed in the same manner as our 40oz Tomahawk Ribeyes. They are beefier tasting with a nutty aroma and tasting notes. If you love dry aged beef, don’t miss your chance at some of the best the world has to offer, they won’t be around long.
