Small Batch Chuck Roasts will take you back in time. Like all of our small batch products, we hanger age for 21+ days, then break the carcass and package the roasts. This system is more labor intensive than cutting roasts from boxed beef chuck roasts, but we believe it creates a superior product. Give them a try and see for yourself.
