Top Sirloin has long been the “King of the Value Steaks” it’ll never be a Ribeye or a Filet, but it should never take a back seat to them. We cut our sirloins a little different - it’s called a “Baseball Cut”. The steaks are cut to a size that is roughly similar to a baseball, these fairly square, but thick steaks are easier to cook to perfection due to the thickness. Thicker steaks are also easier to season perfectly.
