Not as tender as I expected. They are tasty thats for sure

Was skeptical about the purchase. Cost vrs quality. When my wife and I go out for dinner and I spend $30 dollar on a steak I have high expectations that I will get what I am paying for. At times I have been disappointed in the meat, coming from a restaurant that is supposed to have good quality control. So, ordering online I was very skeptical about how the quality would be with it being shipped from a different state. How fatty the steak might be and/or how tough. And spending $26 a steak was a bit nerve wracking. We have have had 8 of the 10 steaks, and have not been disappointed. 1st off, the processing of my order took a little longer then expected. When I got shipping confirmation they took 3 days to arrive in California. They were still frozen solid and we had some dry ice to play with and have a few science experiments to show the kids what happens with dry ice. The consistency in the size was good. Consistency of the steak has been good and the overall quality of the meat has been excellent. I have bought a steak in a restaurant that I could not eat the fat because it was hard or tough. With these steaks we have left nothing on our plate. The flavor is great and the fat melts in your mouth. The thought of paying $26 or more for a steak that I had no idea of quality of, I am glad I took a chance and tried. Will definitely order again

Your attention to detail and quality of your products is superb. The steaks are so tender and flavorful. We used the barbecue rub on our steaks, they turned out wonderful. Hope you run a special sale so I can order again. Shipping is great, there is always dry ice still remaining on arrival.

The steaks are all uniform sized, my wife cooks them in the house on her stove and they taste just like they came off the grill.
