I have ordered this company’s prime rib, steaks, and ground beef for several years now. All of it melts in your mouth, especially the prime rib. I can’t say enough good things about their products. Much better than perhaps their better known competition from Omaha. Being a Nebraska women living in Oregon, I had all but given up eating beef until I found Nebraska Start Beef. The steaks and ground beef are a must for grilling season. Do yourself a favor and try some.
