Started buying this a couple of years ago. I tried "premium" ground beef in the upper end grocery stores a couple of times and it never compared to Nebraska Star.
The taste, consistency of product and texture are far better than anything I can find locally.
The customer service is is also top notch. They truly treat their customers with respect.

Great flavor, works in burgers, tacos, etc.

I bought these because of the reviews I read. Sounded like they would taste like delicious burgers from the past. I was getting tired of the burgers from my local stores that just didn't taste like beef anymore. I paid at least over 1/3 or more for these burgers compared to local stores with great anticipation. To my dismay, they taste no better. Needless to say, this will be my one and only purchase.

The order went to my son’s. They say very good quality and they enjoy it.

Ever since retirement, I missed my range fed hormone free beef. We had to start buying from local grocery. It beyond aggravating for money spent on sub par beef if u call it that more like floor scraps .
It's a blessing I found this family co. With traditional values . Yes it's more expensive. But taste , it takes me home. Were the heart is. It's worth it. To know it's from beautiful stock and humanely harvested. Not slop from butcher floor . Thank u for bringing me home.
