This package goes deep on our Prestige® Petite Cut steaks and is rounded out with a premium roast and 20 lbs of premium 80/20 ground beef. All of the beef is USDA Choice & Higher. All steaks are hand cut and aged for 35 days for the ultimate in flavor and tenderness. Roast and ground beef are hand cut and packaged fresh. All products are frozen upon packaging and shipped direct to you with dry ice. If you love steak, this is a great way to stock up.
