The seasoning that started it all for NSB. This is a classic steak house flavor that is bright and vibrant. It adds a new dimension to all meats but it particularly good on steak.

Nebraska Star Beef Signature® Seasoning was developed in house as the ultimate steak seasoning. We worked with a local spice company to bring together the perfect blend of spices with our own secret ingredient that gives it a little something special. The seasoning is designed to unlock that natural flavor of the beef and accentuate the flavor as opposed to covering it up. We use a combination of coarse and finely ground spices that are designed to work together to deliver the ultimate steak experience. It's also great on pork, chicken and eggs. We have also found that it makes a great Bloody Mary seasoning.

This is our favorite seasoning, hands down!! I use it on everything. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even as a passing stand alone pinch tossed into my mouth! Don’t judge me, it’s that good!
It’s got a good straight-forward ingredient list, salty, slightly spicy, great flavor!
I just found the website. Having friends that live locally in NE, buying two 32oz containers has been part of our annual travels when we visit, but now we can just direct ship it. Fantastic!
32oz Signature® Seasoning
I received a small bottle of Signature Seasoning as a gift with great Nebraska steaks last Christmas and have been using ever since on grilled NY strips. I highly recommend this seasoning over anything else available.
I really like it for seasoning almost everything I cook.
