The meat is always perfect and they are easy to deal with. Fast service. Will recommend to anyone.
prime rib says it all. roast means needed to be prepared.like any roast except with tender loving care and less well done than bottom round rosst. only thing i wold have liked different was a choice between say two four pound roast and one six pound roast
