Short Rib Blend ground beef is just what it sounds like. We kept all the short rib trimming separate as it has its own unique flavor profile and ground it and packaged in 1lb cryovac chubs 10 to a box. This burger is exceptional and it is designed from the ground up for making burgers on the grill. Like all of our premium burger blends, it is around 73% lean. Fat = Flavor.
