I had purchased this for a competition that long story short never came to fruition….. so then what do u do with a high grade brisket……. u have a party lol. An suffice it to say after a full day cook i had a lot of satisfied customers… so I would recommend, a solid amount of marbling and only a handful of hard fat to cut off

The packaging was awesome, the brisket was stellar, and the seasoning is a MUST!!

Arrived quick, easy to trim, after 10 hours in the Treager this was the most tender and flavorful brisket I’ve ever had. I’ll be back!
