This bundle is for folks who prefer good jerky and know the difference. This package has everything you need to make 10 lbs (raw batch weight) of jerky. The 5lb inside round roast is specifically cut for jerky making and, in fact, is the exact cut we use in our Lucky® Beef Jerky products. The 90/10 ground beef is perfect for making extruded jerky OR beef snack sticks - delicious! Our DIY Jerky making kits take ALL of the guess work out of seasoning and cure rates so all you have to do is slice, season, marinate, and smoke/dry or cook the jerky. Kits come with detailed instructions.
