The Nebraska Star Beef® 28oz Porterhouse Steak is a plateful. Not to be confused with the T-Bone, the Porterhouse is cut from the “Shortloin” which is comprised by the Striploin and PSMO and the bone structure that connects them. What makes the Porterhouse different is that every steak contains a full size NY Strip AND Filet Mignon. We cut our 28oz Porterhouse to approximately 1.25-1.5” thick so they are easy to cook to perfection by various methods. All Nebraska Star Beef® is corn finished.
